Storyline

District 9 is a good sci-fi movie that rally is not what you expect, it is much better. The plot is devoted to an extraterrestrial race forced to live in slum-like conditions on Earth that suddenly finds a kindred spirit that is exposed to their biotechnology. District 9 is a beautifully made film that shows signs of great promise for being around a subject talked about by many people. Download District 9 and feel the extra terrestrial race is visiting us.

NEEDED A BETTER START30 December 2009

The first hour was a bit slow and then it really kicked it up a couple of levels, the CGI was really good and the ending fight scenes were great. The South African accent of the main character was really annoying though.

As someone said the main charterer’s accent was annoying.

Very little character development...and the main character's actions were annoying.

The constant clicking sound coming from the aliens was annoying.

At least 2/3 of the movie was annoyingly slow...I feel asleep...very bad sign... more
