This fascinating story will keep you thinking and rethinking. Doubt is a mysterious drama about a charismatic priest, Father Flynn, who tries to upend the schools' strict customs, which have long been fiercely guarded by Sister Aloysius Beauvier who believes in the power of fear and discipline. Meryl Streep and Philip Seymour Hoffman are a good guarantee of strong acting. Amy Adams is the icing on the cake. A drama that keeps you guessing and involved right up until the very end. A clever film that manages to transcend its roots as a stage play. One not to be missed.

As the title says, it\'s all about doubt.
You won\'t find a certain answer, you\'ll keep wondering long after it\'s finished who was right and who wasn\'t, who was telling the truth and who was lying.
Worth watching once, more is not necessary.

Slow and no action drama. Leads are very fine actors and they create a tension which is very dramatic. In the end you kind of wonder who was telling the truth and what are the dynamics of doubt and confidence.
