Storyline

This is such a simple, well-stylized film that uses calm understandable language. One of the most important thing about the film is what it ISN'T about. It's not about being skinny to look good. It's about the complexities of food decisions and how addicted we can be to food.

Inspirational story of weight loss; plenty of motivational messages and good health advice. The juice diet is extreme, but definitely a cheap and accessible method of weight loss (no ongoing fees to jenny craig!) - probably too impractical for most.
