Storyline

A janitor at MIT, Will Hunting has a gift for maths that can take him light-years beyond his blue-collar roots, but to achieve his dream he must turn his back on the neighborhood and his best friend. To complicate matters, two strangers enter the equation: a washed-up shrink who starts to coach Will through his transformation, and a med student who shows him that there can be a pretty face along with his life of the mind.

With an abuse-filled past and a janitorial job, Will Hunting (Damon) spends his days hanging out with best friend Chuckie Sullivan (Affleck). But the aimless young man's also a mathematical genius, and when his talents are discovered, a therapist (Robin Williams) helps Will confront the demons that have been holding him back. «Good Will Hunting» directed by Gus Van Sant. I\'d forgotten how good this movie was, and it\'s well worth watching again for the fine performances from Williams and the young Matt Damon.

Beautiful young Matt Damon is excellent along side other great actors. Love story about more. This was a cooperative effort between childhood friends Damon and Ben Affleck. It is a don't miss. I watched it edited on public TV so can't vouch for the rating.
