I agree with Ciderapple in that it is more for 12+ that younger kids as it is quite slow and long. I also agree it was poor casting for Sacha Baron Cohen, for me more of how he appeared. Definitely worth a watch06 January 2013

Not for the kids, this one, as it too long and, in parts, a little dark. A brilliant British cast was let down for me by Sacha Baron Cohen whose characterisation was wrong for this film. As I said, it's a bit long, but so worth sticking with. Really enjoyed it.

I'm not sure what to think about this film. On one hand I thought it was wonderful, exciting, beautiful. On the other hand I found the beginning a bit slow, difficult to follow. But the brilliant film editing, and the beautiful images I found very interesting and beautiful.

Dearie dearie me! What a load of cods wallop dressed up to look like fineries. The acting was pathetic and the young boy lead should be sent to acting school before he is let loose again. Nothing really good to say about it at all.
