Killer at Large is a documentary? Devoted to the problem that lots of people face every day looking at themselves into the mirror. Obesity rates in the United States have reached epidemic proportions in recent years. It is true that at least 110,000 people die per year due to obesity and 1/3 of all cancer deaths are directly related to it.
