It picks up shortly after the first film left off, retaining its "real-time" feel and adding surrealism. The first Crank was ok and original, but this??? There was no reason to make this film other than the first film was a financial success. It\'s not original, the script is not that good, the event are not great... It feels like a lot of people sold-out to make this one. There are better Crime... more

This could have been a lot better. The plot was just unbelievable and that made it hard to enjoy this movie a lot. The action was good, but back to the bad plot. IF you check your reasoning and your IQ at the door and just make believe that this could happen. You should be able to enjoy this movie.

I am glad I talked to some reliable friends before viewing this. I also read about it on the ranking system and saw enough there that made me NOT want to watch it SO I DID NOT My friends said: view at your own risk.

If you liked Shoot'em up, then you will love this.

The style this movie is shot in, is simply paying homage to all the old school films. Saturday kung-fu flicks, 1970s action flick, and high budget action films that simply sucked.
