Storyline

Romantic comedy set in London in the late 16th century: Young playwright William Shakespeare struggles with his latest work "Romeo and Ethel the Pirate's Daughter". And now, to fall in love . . .10 December 2011

It is hard not to fall in love (at least at a distance) with Gwyneth Paltrow, in this light but highly amusing romantic comedy. It moves along at a good trot and keeps you going right to the end. Great fun and one to see (again even).

Great movie! The screenplay, the setting, the costumes, the actors, everything was perfect!
But the gem was Judi Dench! She stole the light everytime she was in a scene; simply outstanding
