The Eye is a remake of a Chinese movie from 2002. It is a well-made horror movie that will not only scare you but also show how a once-blind girl (Jessica Alba) learns to adjust to life in a suddenly sighted world. The only hitch is that with her new eyes, donated by a young lady with psychic powers, give her unexpected ability to see into the spirit world and predict the future. A remake from a Chinese movie. I saw the Chinese version which I felt was better because of their pace and the extended pause on the creepy parts. I also liked their ending because it made me think.
