Outstanding17 November 2011

This is such a good movie, showing the way war destroys lives in different ways. Yet it retains its humanity throughout. This is the type of war the Dick Cheney\'s and George Bush\'s of our world send young men off to. And this is what it is like. A must see.

Brilliant!!!05 August 2011

One of the best movie that shows the affect of Iraq crisis on American Soldiers. Most of the sequences are amazingly directed and the director has done justice by giving adequate time to each shot.

Overall an absorbing, thrilling and amazing movie

This is a story of a soldier who likes war and his job is diffusing bombs. Good feeling for what... more

Overrated!22 February 2011

Some have said that this movie isn\'t political. By this, they seem to mean that it doesn\'t criticize the war. This movie is in fact deeply political in that it completely objectifies the \"enemy,\" and glorifies war as a potentially exciting escape from domesticity.
