The film “Then She Found Me” is devoted to the disastrous week in the life of April Epner (Helen Hunt), who is a schoolteacher whose things suddenly go from bad to worse. Her husband leaves, her adoptive mother dies and her biological mother begins a courtship with the father of one of her students. This all star cast consisting of Helen Hunt, Colin Firth, Matthew Broderick, and Bett Midler, was not what I expected. The dynamic between the characters was kind of cheesy. I feel that individually all of them did really well, but together it was hodge podge.
