A U.S. Marshal tries to bring to court a man wanted for the murder of two women in the 1860's. They are confronted by the ghosts of the women the man has killed and the marshal tries to get his prisoner out of the town for trial.

"Justice Be Damned" is a 2007 fantasy horror. Kerry Ellis and Tim McMillan star in this Wild West horror story set in the 1860s. While transporting a brutal rapist to prison, a U.S. marshal stops in a literal ghost town. Terror strikes when the lawman and his captive realize they're under relentless attack by the vengeful spirits of everyone they've killed.
