"Throttle" is a 2005 action thriller.
Five levels down in an empty parking garage, financial analyst Tom Weaver (Grayson McCouch) won't be heading home anytime soon. After concluding a late-night business deal, he arrives at garage section E5, only to find his car dead, the elevators shut down and all the stairwells blocked. What's worse, he realizes he's not alone: Behind the wheel of an ominous truck lurks a killer - with Tom in his crosshairs.
