A great 1st movie of the Millennium series of books. It is much better than that dreadful hollywood remake - why did they bother? In some scenes, I just had to look away.

First time I read the Novel, I was chuffed to bits by its magnificent style. The Plot and the performance of the beautiful Noomi Rapace were exquisite. I even immediately went to look for other novels written by Stieg Larsson.

No doubt worth keeping in your hoem library.

A very well made film. Especially worth watching if you go on to watch the other two parts. The stuff of nightmares from a country which previously seemed too well organised and socially aware. Fantastic journey over the three films.
