«Super Size Me» is a 2004 documentary. On the heels of recent lawsuits against McDonald's, director Morgan Spurlock takes a hilarious and often terrifying look at the effects of fast food on the human body, using himself as the proverbial guinea pig. For one month, Spurlock eats nothing but McDonald's, ordering everything on the menu and "super-sizing" his order whenever asked. It is good to see that for once somebody dared targeted sugar as a reason for obesity, but the documentary takes another root, targeting the trans fat and the super chains instead (it does not matter, both are bad and both should exposed and the people warned!) But the documentary is somehow not... more

This is a movie that warns everyone... not just in the U.S. but for the whole world.. even thought America is the fattest state in the world, well they started it... people must take a precaution on what they eat...
